Abstract
基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)有降解脑血管基膜,促进中性粒细胞和炎性因子迁移的作用,这与脑卒中后急性期脑损伤有关.而在脑卒中恢复期,MMPs在细胞外基质的修复和神经血管重构中起重要作用.组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)对脑损伤有一定保护作用,但在脑缺血和炎性因子作用下可以上调MMPs表达,不仅加重脑损伤,同时也是采用t-PA溶栓治疗后发生出血转化的主要机制.现就MMPs和t-PA在脑卒中后脑损伤中的作用及与此相关的药物研究予以综述.
