改良铸造铝硅合金磨料磨损性能的研究

Abstract
以ZL101为基础,通过添加Cu、Ni、V、Mn和RE元素,制备了改良铸造铝硅合金材料.磨料磨损试验表明,改良合金的磨损失重量、体积相对磨损率均小于ZL101,且磨面磨损均匀,微凸点割裂基体程度较轻,无裂纹出现,磨料磨损性能优于传统ZL101铝硅合金.
