Abstract
目的:评价同种异体脱细胞真皮基质(Acellular demis)促进老年人拔牙后牙槽骨再生修复的临床效果.方法:采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填在老年人因牙根折裂而行截根拔除术后的牙槽窝内.结果:2个月后拔牙窝基本平覆,可以进行联冠修复治疗,采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填后的牙槽窝平覆速度明显快于未充填同种脱细胞异体真皮基质的牙槽窝.结论:采用同种脱细胞异体真皮基质充填可加快老年人拔牙后的牙槽窝的组织修复和愈合.
