Abstract
目的:探讨电针夹脊穴对大鼠后肢血管的作用.方法:将Wistar大鼠固定,电针刺激背部L3～5夹脊穴,比较各阶段大鼠皮肤血流PU值的改变,ELISA法检测其血浆NO、ET-1、6-K-PGF1α 、TXB2含量.结果:电针刺激L3～5夹脊穴可增加大鼠后肢皮肤血流PU值,累积刺激后大鼠血浆中NO、6-K-PGF1α含量升高,ET-1、TXB2含量下降.结论:电针刺激L3～5夹脊穴可以诱导大鼠后肢皮肤血管舒张,机理可能与累积刺激改变大鼠血浆中舒缩血管物质的含量有关.
