"三证三法"是中国急救医学先驱王今达教授提出的治疗脓毒症的中西医结合理论."卫气营血"辨证是清代名医叶天士提出的用于治疗温病的辨证理论."三证三法"理论中"毒热证"(即炎症"风暴")向?"血瘀证"(即凝血"风暴")的转化主要借鉴了"卫气营血"辨证中"卫、气分证"向"营、血分证"的传变关系,同时"毒热证"向"血瘀证"的转化是普通感染向脓毒症进展的分水岭.及时应用血必净注射液可以截断这种转化,这也是血必净注射液可以治疗脓毒症的原因之一.
