Research on Performance of 3936/3905 Assembled Hydro-upgrading Catalyst for Low-grade Diesel

The hydro-upgrading performance of 3936/3905 assembled hydrotreating catalyst was investigated in the pilot evaluation device in Research Institute of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company,using the mixture of coking diesel and FCC diesel as raw material.The process conditions of hydrodewaxing were studied.The results showed that the qualities of the low-grade diesel could be significantly upgraded by hydro-upgrading;sulfur and nitrogen contents were reduced to less than 10×10-6,pour point was reduced by above 10 and cetane number ℃ was increased by 10 units when hydrogen partial pressure was 7.2 MPa and space velocity was 1.5/2.0 h-1 at 370~390 ℃.
