压裂用黏弹性表面活性剂VES-J的合成

Abstract
清洁压裂液(VES)主要是采用季铵盐类表面活性剂,但常规VES存在刺激性大和由于吸附使储集层发生润湿反转带来伤害2大问题。研究表明这2个问题可以通过分子设计来尽量避免。在理论研究和分析的基础上合成了黏弹性表面活性剂VES-J,并通过测定在不同温度和不同水杨酸钠加量下体系水溶液黏度得出了压裂液配方。该压裂液配方在70℃1、70 s-1下表观黏度达到100 mPa.s,具有较好的耐剪切能力和优异的破胶能力,破胶后均无残渣,对地层伤害很小。
