Effects of Chicken Infection Age on Coccidia Single Oocyst Separation

Study on the effects of chicken's different age to coccidia single oocyst separation.Dealing with it by using three differents age of chicken that are 5 days,8 days and 11 days.The results show that when the conditions are accordance in this experiment the optimum infect age of chicken should be 11 days from some indexes as follows the success ratio of Infection,the latent period;appearance and duration time of the fastigium,the quantity of coccidia from every infected chicken.
