Abstract
目的:用正交试验法考察甘木通总黄酮的最佳提取条件.方法:以芦丁为对照品建立标准曲线方程用于测定甘木通总黄酮含量,以乙醇为溶剂分别考察温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间、药材/溶剂比例及提取次数等因素对甘木通总黄酮提取率的影响,据此设计四因素三水平正交试验,系统考察甘木通总黄酮的最佳提取条件.结果与结论:药材与70%乙醇按照1:20的比例,在90℃回流提取1h共2次,甘木通总黄酮提取率可达93.27%.
