Abstract
基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,建立了淹没状态下磨料射流破煤岩靶体的仿真模型.并通过正交实验法得出了射流参数对破碎效率的影响程度,同时还利用单因素法分析了不同射流参数对破岩效率的影响.结果表明,随着射流直径的增大,冲蚀深度随之递减,冲蚀孔径随之增加;考虑破碎效率和经济效益,磨料射流破煤岩最佳射流速度在300 m/s左右;磨料体积的最佳浓度在6%左右.
