Abstract
为了更好地开发和利用木槿的观赏和食用价值,对木槿开花特性进行了调查与观测,对雅致木槿干、鲜花蕾营养成分进行了测定与分析.结果表明:木槿在上海地区的花期为6月下旬至10月上中旬;木槿花蕾含有丰富的营养物质,烘干后16种氨基酸含量均有减少,总氨基酸含量减少1倍以上.探讨了科学合理的木槿食用方法.
