儿童肠道感染中致泻性大肠埃希菌的检测

Abstract
目的了解儿童肠道感染中致泻性大肠埃希菌的感染情况。方法对95份腹泻患儿粪标本中分离出的大肠埃希菌,用荧光聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法检测毒力基因,鉴定致泻性大肠埃希菌。结果检测出15株阳性菌株,阳性率为15.8%,其中肠聚集性大肠埃希菌(EAEC)6株、肠致病性大肠埃希菌(EPEC)4株、弥散聚集性大肠埃希菌(DAEC)4株和肠产毒性大肠埃希菌(ETEC)1株。结论致泻性大肠埃希菌是引起儿童腹泻的主要致病菌,临床实验室应加强对致泻性大肠埃希菌的检测。
