Abstract
Objective To explore the feature of Th1、Th2 cytokine in mid-advanced lung cancer and their significance in morbidity and prognosis for lung cancer. Method IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6 and IL-10 in venous blood from patients with lung cancer and the healthy subjects were detected by flow cytometry marked by Th1 and Th2 cytokines and the difference of CD4~+ cytokine of both was compared. Results IFN-γ、IL-2、TNF-α and Th1/Th2 ratio(IFN-γ/IL-4)were obviously lower in lung cancer patients than in healthy subjects(P0.01),while IL-4、IL-6 and IL-10 were significantly higher in lung cancer patients than in healthy subjects(P0.01).There was no difference in SC,AD and SCLC. Conclusion Th2 is in majority in lung cancer.TNF-α(serum)/ TNF-α(Th1) ratio may have some significance to judge the prognosis.
