Abstract
消化系统恶性肿瘤中,食管癌的发生率在我国仅次于胃癌,死亡数占全部恶性肿瘤死亡总数的22.3%.40%晚期食管癌可行手术治疗.手术的常见并发症是吻合口瘘,约占手术病例的5%,一旦发生吻合口瘘,约半数患者死亡[1].本研究对2例食管癌术后食管胃吻合口-胸膜腔瘘、食管胃吻合口-支气管瘘患者进行治疗,现报道如下.
