Abstract
采用数值模拟的方法,基于速度边界层理论和力的平衡原理,建立描述夹杂物在结晶器内运动的数学模型.以梅钢板坯连铸结晶器断面220 mm×900 mm、拉速1.2～1.8 m/min等条件为研究对象.研究水口倾角、水口插入深度、拉坯速度对结晶器内钢液夹杂物行为的影响.得出有利于生产的设计数据.
