Abstract
多器官功能障碍综合征(mutiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)是指人体各器官功能正常或相对正常情况下,由于严重感染、创伤、烧伤、休克、急性胰腺炎和急性药物或毒物中毒等致病因素导致24 h之后同时或序贯出现2个或2个以上重要器官、系统的功能障碍或衰竭.据报道[1],一旦发生MODS,其病死率在40%～80% .2002年1月至2009年3月,我院共收治6例军事训练剧烈运动所致急性肾功能衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)合并MODS患者,经精心的治疗与护理,均救治成功,现报道如下.
