静脉高营养在妊娠剧吐中的应用体会

Abstract
目的 探讨妊娠剧吐的有效治疗方法.方法 40例妊娠剧吐患者分为对照组与观察组各20例,分别采用常规输液和静脉高营养(TPN)治疗.结果 治疗3天后,观察组体重开始恢复并逐渐恢复饮食,治愈率和总有效率与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P＜0.01),全部顺利度过妊娠前3个月,无1例终止妊娠;随访16例至足月,均产下健康正常婴儿.结论 TPN治疗妊娠剧吐疗效显著.
