Abstract
目的应用三维阴式超声表面成像技术诊断妊娠9～10周的胎芽胎儿生理性脐疝,就其诊断价值与二维阴式超声进行比较.方法应用Medison-8000Live三维阴式容积探头对30例妊娠9～10周的胎芽胎儿腹部脐带根部进行二维扫查及三维表面重建观察.结果应用三维阴式超声看到生理性脐疝25例,显示率为83%(25/30),二维阴式超声显示率为20%(6/30).结论三维阴式超声在诊断妊娠9～10周的胎芽胎儿生理性脐疝中图像逼真直观,尤其通过其旋转功能大大提高了诊断率,也使产前检查脐膨出成为了可能.
