Abstract
Objective To discuss application of bedside color doppler ultrasound on diagnosis of crus muscle between deep vein plexus thrombosis.Methods Jan 2010-Jun 2012,120 cases were selected in ICU as subject.Bedside color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect crus muscle between deep vein lumen,blood flow.The cases were divided into illness group and control group according to thrombopoiesis.They were divided by long-term bed,acute trauma and surgery.Thrombus prevalence and crus muscle between deep venous plexus maximum diameter were compared in 3 subgroup.Results Twelve cases showed crus muscle between deep vein plexus thrombosis,as illness group,and 107 cases showed normal,as control group.All of the plexus were acute,Two dimensional ultrasound showed Intravascular low echo,part of the patients with vascular obstruction is filling defect.Color Doppler display completely blocked blood vessels of patients without blood flow signal.Thrombus prevalence and crus muscle between deep venous plexus maximum diameter had significant difference in 3 subgroups(P 0.01).After therapy,eight vascular completely open,24 intravascular thrombosis acoustic enhancement,2 cases of thrombosis has no obvious change.Total effective rate was 94.1%.Conclusion bedside color doppler ultrasound on diagnosis of crus muscle between deep vein plexus thrombosis in ICU,can timely find thrombosis,timely treatment.
