Abstract
目的 制备辅酶Q10冻干乳剂,并考察其稳定性及理化性质.方法 通过试验优选出辅酶Q10冻干乳剂的处方,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量和有关物质,考察其粒径、pH值及稳定性.结果 辅酶Q10冻干乳剂的最佳处方为聚山梨酯80与甘露醇之比为5:6.该制剂在室温条件下避光贮存稳定性较好.结论 所制备的辅酶Q10冻干乳剂满足静脉注射用制剂要求.
