柱前衍生高效液相色谱内标法检测牛磺酸的研究

Abstract
首次提出了柱前衍生高效液相色谱内标法测定工业合成牛磺酸及其中间产物2-氨基乙基硫酸酯的含量.衍生化试剂:N(因项目要求暂时保密);内标物:A(因项目要求暂时保密);流动相:磷酸缓冲溶液(pH=7)∶水∶乙腈=70∶15∶5(体积比);紫外检测波长:360nm.在C18反相柱上分离效果很好,牛磺酸和中间体的线形相关系数分别为0.99986和0.99992,平均回收率分别为100.43%和100.67%;重现性实验相对标准偏差分别为0.38%和2.45%.
