Abstract
目的 观察不同治疗方案根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效,探讨根除Hp的理想方案.方法 选择消化性溃疡Hp感染患者130例,随机分成治疗组(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星);对照I组(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素);对照Ⅱ组(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+替硝唑).结果 治疗组的Hp根除率显著高于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组溃疡愈合率显著高于对照Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 含左氧氟沙星的新三联疗法更能有效地根除Hp,并可加速溃疡愈合,为理想的根除Hp方案.
