Influcing factors of curative effect for peginterferon alpha 2a treating e antigen positive chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To study the influcing factors of curative effect for peginterferon alpha 2a treating e antigen positive chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 66 patients with e antigen positive CHB received 180ug peginterferon alpha 2a every week.evaluate the influence of sex,ALT,the log value of HBVDNA,genotypes of HBV in peginterferon treating chronic hepatitis B patients.Results The sustained response(SR)rates were 68.4 percent in genotype B and 27.2 percent in genotype C group.the genotype is the influcing factor of curative factors by logistic regression.Conclusion Genotype is the influcing factor for peginterferon alpha 2a in treating e antigen positive chronic hepatitis B patients.
