Abstract
Introduction of a wall-climbing robot control system can be used to test of vertical metal tank volume.Adsorption using non-contact permanent four-wheel drive combined with the realization of the robot's wall movement.The control system consists of upper and lower computer component,the PC control system was completed for wall-climbing robot control system management,trajectory planning,working status,real-time display system to protect the safety of diagnostic,run,stop,etc.The under PC control system the realization of the movement control,the AT89C51 microcontroller core constitute a DC motor drive circuit,Angle detection circuit,power circuit module.Field experiments show that the robot not only sports a flexible,but also resolve the wall-climbing robot deflection shortcomings.
