Observation of the therapeutic effects of microecologics for infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea and nursing experience

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea after taking microecologics and nursing experience.Methods 88 children with infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and microecologics group,each group were 44 cases.Children in control group were treated by conventional therapy,while in microecologics group were administrated with Peifeikang orally.The therapeutic effects,the time of abdominal pain and nursing experience were recorded.Results The effective rate of treatment in microecologics group were higher than the one of control group(P0.05).The time of abdominal pain in microecologics group were lower than the one of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Microecologics treatment can treat infantile pneumonia secondary diarrhea effectively,and shorten the time of abdominal pain.Meantime,the nurses′correct nursing is the key to guarantee the children recover well.
