Abstract
为挽救心肌缺血的患者,以经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)和冠脉搭桥为主的冠脉血运重建术已广泛开展,但是冠脉血运重建术后的再发心绞痛仍然是临床上的一个严峻的问题,其治疗对于临床医生来说尤具挑战,因此预防和治疗再发心绞痛对于维持冠脉血运重建术后所带来的益处尤为重要。故本文主要讨论冠脉血运重建术后再发心绞痛的常见原因,探讨再发心绞痛的诊断和中西医结合治疗方法。
