近年来,传统英语教学模式已经满足不了社会对医学研究生的要求.文章从教与学两个方面对影响英语教学的因素进行分析,并希望通过修订教学大纲、进行需求评估、实施分类教学、开设配套选修课和改进考核方式等措施,探索出一套以培养综合应用能力为核心、具有专业特色的医学研究生英语教学模式.
