凝胶固相法制备高纯镁铝尖晶石纳米粉体

Abstract
以高纯MgO和A l(PriOH)3为原料,采用凝胶-固相反应法制备高纯镁铝尖晶石超微粉体.XRD分析结果表明焙烧温度800℃时即出现尖晶石相,1200℃时即可形成几乎不含杂相的纯尖晶石粉体;由谢乐公式计算,晶粒尺寸小于20 nm.ICP-MS分析结果显示粉体纯度≥99.99%;粒度分析结果表明粉体D50为2.7μm,D95=5.2μm,粒度分布窄.同时讨论了工艺条件对粉体性能的影响.
