Application of comfortable nursing in the treatment of patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation

Objective To summarize the application methods and effect of comfortable nursing in the treatment of patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation.Methods Condition of application of comfortable nursing in 45 patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Physiological,mental and social malaises were declined in 45 patients,while the comfort sense was enhanced.The satisfactory degree in the patients was 99.0%.Conclusion Application of comfortable nursing in the treatment of patients with endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation can improve compliance of mechanical ventilation treatment,promote the rehabilitations of patients,improves patients′ satisfactory degree and embody the modern nursing concept of people-oriented,patient-centered.
