Abstract
为满足质子诱发碎裂反应研究设备(PISA)中探测器系统测试的需求,研制了一套基于PXI-5105示波器卡的数据获取系统.该系统最高采样率达60 M/s,可采集宽度为μs量级的波形信号.系统工作在Windows XP操作系统下,通过一个简易操作的图形用户界面(GUI)控制.数据的在线显示和分析程序基于CERN的ROOT分析平台.通过实验检验,系统工作稳定,最大数据获取速率达50 MB/s.
