Abstract
紫杉醇具有独特的微管稳定作用而被广泛用于多种实体瘤的治疗,在多个国家被批准作为癌症术后化疗药物.纳米给药系统能够较好地解决紫杉醇现有剂型水溶性差和辅助溶剂聚氧乙烯蓖麻油(Cremoptor EL)的临床毒性等问题.近年来紫杉醇的纳米新剂型成为研究热点,多种新材料,新工艺都得到广泛应用.纳米新剂型在临床使用中毒性小,并在缓释、癌细胞靶向方面显示出明显的优势,具有良好的应用前景.本文就紫杉醇纳米制剂的开发和应用进展进行综述.
