Abstract
论述了无热化设计的种类和光学被动式无热化设计的基本原理。使用光学被动式无热化设计方案,设计了一款工作波段为8~12 m、焦距f=16.5 mm、F#=0.8、视场为36.5×27.8的大孔径、大视场辅助驾驶无热化红外镜头。此镜头体积小、重量轻、结构简单,适用于辅助驾驶系统。此红外镜头在-40℃~60℃的工作温度范围内,无需调焦,能自动消除热差影响,始终保证成像清晰。经过寒区(低温)试验,满足无热化设计的需要。
