不同负载量对库尔勒香梨光合效率和叶绿体超微结构的影响

Abstract
以10 a生、20 a生的库尔勒香梨树为试验材料,在不同果实负载量处理下测定叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量及叶绿体超微结构的观察,综合分析了不同负载量对库尔勒香梨光合效率的影响.结果表明,2种树龄在高负载量下叶片光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和淀粉含量均高于低负载量.果实高负载量条件下,叶绿体的数量和叶绿体的大小均高于低负载量,适当增加库尔勒香梨的负载量有助于提高叶片的光合效率.
