Synthesis of exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene through one step

摘要
The nickel-zeolite bifunctional catalyst for the synthesis of exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene was prepared by screening the catalyst supports.The effect of isomerization temperature and catalyst dosage on the synthesis of exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene through one step was investigated by using Ni/HY as the catalyst and dicyclopentadiene as the raw material.The results showed that dicyclopentadiene conversion of over 96% and exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene yield of 21.4% were attained,respectively.The performance of the catalyst related to its acid amount and acid strength.
