Abstract
目的观察不同麻醉深度下大鼠脑内神经递质功率和脑电熵值的变化。方法本研究用脑涨落图仪(EFG)分析了大鼠在逐渐加深的水合氯醛麻醉过程中脑内神经递质功率、脑电熵值的变化。结果随着麻醉程度的加深,脑内6种神经递质的功率逐渐减小,熵值逐渐升高。说明随着麻醉深度的增加,大脑的功能逐渐降低,有序度也逐渐降低。结论神经递质功率和熵值能够准确反映麻醉深度的变化,脑涨落图仪可作为麻醉深度监测的新方法。
