Abstract
以生菜为试材,以露地栽培为对照,研究了气雾栽培对生菜维生素C、粗纤维和氨基酸等含量的影响。试验结果表明,在气雾栽培条件下,生菜的维生素C含量比露地栽培条件下显著提高,粗纤维含量没有明显变化,氨基酸的含量略有增加。
