Abstract
近年来,有关急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的诊治研究进展较快.冠状动脉粥样斑块内的急性炎性反应是引起斑块破裂的病理基础,以C反应蛋白为代表的炎性细胞因子水平与ACS的发生、发展密切相关.ACS的诊断也从过去简单的心电图和心肌酶学判定发展到更详尽的多种危险因素的分层,同时一些新的更早期的心肌坏死标志物也成为ACS早期诊断及预后判断的重要指标.目前ACS的治疗更强调早期联合使用抗血小板和抗凝治疗.
