Abstract
目的:观察大剂量甲氨喋呤(HD-MTX)对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的毒副作用.方法:观察10例处于完全缓解期的ALL患儿应用40例次HD-MTX前后各器官功能的变化及毒副作用.结果:胃肠道反应、口腔黏膜损害、肝功能损害、骨髓抑制发生率低.结论:HD-MTX对ALL患儿毒副作用轻,可以安全接受.
