安徽某基因重组人胰岛素生产公司产生的废水成分复杂、有机物浓度高、盐度高,混合废水COD仍高达5 000 mg/L.针对企业占地紧张及出水需回用的要求,采用预处理/好氧/MBR工艺对废水进行处理并部分回用作为绿化等杂用水,设计处理规模为850 m3/d.目前出水各项指标可达到设计排放标准.
