Abstract
The technical measures to produce F40MnV non quenched- and- tempered steel with converter in Shi Steel are introduced, the finished, product of Φ25mm rolled steel sanaly in detail. It is showed from the result that the above steel developed by Shi Steel first time can meet standard and requirement from the customers.
