摘要
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of selenium(Se) and methionine(Met) supplemented in diets for breeding hens on the contents of Se,glutathione(GSH),malondialdehyde(MDA) and carbonyl and glutathione peroxidase(GPx) activity in breeding eggs.Four hundred and fifty hens were randomly divided into 9 treatments with 5 replicates each treatment and were fed with corn soybean diets with 0 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg and 0.6 mg/kg Se-yeast and 3.2 g/kg,4.0 g/kg and 5.4 g/kg DL-methionine,respectively.Twenty eggs per treatment were randomly selected and tested at 0 d,28 d and 56 d of the test period, respectively. The yolk Se concentration significantly increased with the increase of Se supplementation(P0.01),and the yolk Se concentration in 3.2 g/kg Met treatment was higher than those in 4.0 g/kg Met and 5.4 g/kg Met treatments(P0.01).The yolk GPx activity in 0.3 mg/kg Se treatment was significantly higher than those of 0 mg/kg Se and 0.60 mg/kg Se treatments, while the yolk MDA content was lower(P0.01).The 3.2 g/kg Met and 4.0 g/kg Met treatments enhanced the yolk GSH content compared with that of 5.4 g/kg Met treatment, and the yolk GPx activity in 3.2 g/kg Met treatment was significantly higher than those in 4.0 g/kg Met and 5.4 g/kg Met treatments(P0.01).The yolk MDA content significantly decreased with increase of Met supplementation(P0.01).The albumen GPx activity significantly improved with the increase of Se supplementation(P0.01),and decreased with the increase of Met supplementation(P0.01).The albumen GSH content of 5.4 g/kg Met treatment significantly increased compared with those of 3.2 g/kg Met and 4.0 g/kg Met treatments(P0.01),and the albumen carbonyl content in 3.2 g/kg Met treatment was significantly higher than those in 4.0 g/kg Met and 5.4 g/kg Met treatments(P0.01).The conclusion was drawn that Se and Met supplemented in diets for breeding hens could enhance the antioxidant activity of breeding eggs.
