WQ3和SH9工序参数对烟丝结团率的影响

Abstract
对WQ3和SH9烟丝干燥关键工序的工艺参数进行优化,结果表明:较高的引射蒸汽流量和较低的出口含水率有利于降低叶丝的结团率,关闭松散蒸汽,可杜绝因蒸汽中含水造成的叶丝湿团因素;适当降低WQ3工序物料流量和出口烟丝含水率,提高SH9工序的大风机频率和排潮风门开度,有利于降低因缠绕形成的结团率.优化前后叶丝中的平均结团率分别为6.1%和2.1%,烟支中的平均结团率由14%降低至6%,大大提高了成品烟丝的有效利用率.
