五指毛桃指纹图谱的高效液相色谱-质谱联用研究

Abstract
建立了高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(HPLC-ESI-MSn)法确定五指毛桃指纹图谱的方法.采用C18柱,水(A)-甲醇(B)溶液为流动相,梯度程序洗脱.4个产地的五指毛桃样品分离得到16个"共有峰",通过质谱鉴定出10种成分,通过样品"共有峰"含量及特征峰,以评价不同产地五指毛桃的优劣,并为五指毛桃药材的质量控制标准提供参考.
