乳腺癌Her2 基因通过抑制凋亡、上调血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)而增加肿瘤细胞的侵袭力,原癌基因Her2过表达见于20%-30%乳腺癌,Her2过表达与乳腺癌患者预后不良密切相关,Her2分子作为乳腺癌重要的分子生物学标记物之一,是乳腺癌基因治疗的重要靶位点,对乳腺癌的治疗和预后都有极其重要的价值.本文就目前乳腺癌Her2基因过表达与乳腺癌治疗方面的相关性研究进展作一综述.
