Abstract
目的建立羧甲司坦的含量测定及有关物质检测的方法。方法采用HPLC法,以C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以0.68%磷酸二氢钾和0.05%己烷磺酸钠(pH2.5)为流动相,检测波长为215 nm。结果羧甲司坦在0.44~1.3 mg.mL-1范围内,峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.1%(n=9),最低检测限为8.27 ng,各杂质峰与主峰达到基线分离。结论本法简便、专属性及重现性好,可用于羧甲司坦含量及有关物质的测定。
