Abstract
目的介绍改良法经皮股动脉穿刺置入化疗泵的操作技术并评价其安全性和优点.方法对60例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者采用改良法经皮经股动脉置入化疗泵.结果手术成功率和导管到位率均为100%,操作均在30 min内完成,并发症包括切口裂开延迟愈合1例、导管阻塞3例、移位2例、导管感染1例.结论改良法经股动脉穿刺置入化疗泵操作简便安全、技术上易于掌握,有助于减少并发症.
