胎儿头颈异常21例超声筛查临床探讨

Abstract
[目的]通过超声筛查胎儿头颈部异常以找出其与染色体病的相关性.[方法]对胎儿头颈部超声测量的数据进行分析,并与羊水染色体检查结果对照.[结果]明显畸形18例(81%),3例超声仅显示结构异常,占17%.3例中发现了2例染色体异常.[结论]颈部淋巴囊肿、中枢神经管缺陷及仅表现为结构异常等都应考虑与染色体畸形有关.建议在超声筛选的同时进行羊水穿刺作染色体检查.
