Dose dependence of irradiation hardening of neutron irradiated vanadium alloys by using temperature control rig in JMTR

•Dose dependence of irradiation hardening for vanadium alloys in neutron irradiation is revealed.•The dynamic interaction between interstitial impurities and dislocation is not strong in V–4Cr–4Ti alloys in low temperature.•Effect of strain rate for yield stress and critical fracture stress affects the fracture mode of neutron-irradiated V–4Cr–4Ti alloys.
