摘要

Bipolar disorder (BD) is mainly characterized by dramatic mood shifts because of the biased process of emotional information. An overlooked aspect of BD is the potential development of cognitive deficits among various cognitive domains that influence the course of illness. We used the Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery (CANTAB) to analyze whether a group of bipolar offspring (BPO) shows any trait of deficit compared with healthy control (HC) subjects.
