Pygmy grasshoppers of the genus Paragavialidium Zheng, 1994 (Orthoptera: Tetrigoidea: Scelimeninae)

Taxonomic review of the genus Paragavialidium Zheng is given. Three new species are described from China, namely Paragavialidium tenuifemora Deng sp. nov., Paragavialidium dolichonotum Deng sp. nov. and Paragavialidium fujianensis Deng sp. nov. An annotated list of 16 Chinese species of the genus is given. A key to the species and redescription of the genus Paragavialidium are provided.
